  • Located next to the University of Florida (UF), a top 8 public university, we have access to thousands of the best and brightest college students in Gainesville through partnerships with the UF Innovation Academy, UF Athletic Association, UF Greek Life and UF Hillel, a non-profit organization. Each intern undergo rigorous vetting before they are welcomed to The Selling Factory. For The Selling Factory, this gives us more time to train and develop, rather than spending all our time recruiting and interviewing.

  • The Selling Factory has developed The Selling Factory Academy, a 4 module online course and training tool where students globally learn sales techniques for personal and professional development. Our students are drilled in all aspects of the selling process and leave ready to fuel the growth of corporations around the globe. The Academy’s formulaic approach focuses on finding one’s personal pitch, creating a selling not telling storyline, problem solving, and putting yourself out there to maximize opportunities. Beyond the online course, we provide a self-assessment, coach students virtually through three 1 hour sessions, and offer access to students to The Selling Factory’s network of employers.
